Refund Policy

At Curatour, we aim to make the refund process as transparent and smooth as possible. Refunds are processed based on the booking type and applicable cancellation terms.

General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment used for the booking.
  • Eligible refunds are initiated within 10–15 business days after receiving written confirmation of cancellation.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on airlines, hotels, or third-party operators.

Non-Refundable Bookings

  • If the client has opted for non-refundable flight, hotel, or activity options, these will not be eligible for any refund, irrespective of the cancellation timeline.
  • Curatour will deduct all such non-refundable components before processing the refund for the remaining refundable portion of the package.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Air tickets(only if non refundable option selected), visas, travel insurance, and processing/service fees once issued.
  • Any hotel or activity booked under a non-refundable rate plan.

Partial Refunds

  • If only part of your itinerary is canceled, the refund will be calculated after deducting actual costs incurred and all non-refundable bookings.
  • If a refund is delayed due to third-party settlements (like airlines or hotels), Curatour may issue a credit note upon request.
