At Curatour, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and transparency for both travelers and partners.
For Customized Trips
- More than 45 days before departure:
Refund will be processed after deducting non-refundable service fees and any bookings made under non-refundable options (such as special flight or hotel rates or activities booked at non-refundable rates). Wherever the client has selected non-refundable options while booking, no refund will be applicable - 30–45 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost refunded (after deducting non-refundable components).
- 15–30 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost refunded (after deducting non-refundable components).
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund possible.
Important Notes
- Any flight(only non refundable), visa, insurance, or any other non-refundable booking selected by the client will remain strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after written confirmation.
- In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), Curatour will try to offer alternate travel dates or partial credits toward future trips.
