At Curatour, we aim to make the refund process as transparent and smooth as possible. Refunds are processed based on the booking type and applicable cancellation terms.
General Refund Guidelines
- Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment used for the booking.
- Eligible refunds are initiated within 10–15 business days after receiving written confirmation of cancellation.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on airlines, hotels, or third-party operators.
Non-Refundable Bookings
- If the client has opted for non-refundable flight, hotel, or activity options, these will not be eligible for any refund, irrespective of the cancellation timeline.
- Curatour will deduct all such non-refundable components before processing the refund for the remaining refundable portion of the package.
Non-Refundable Items
- Air tickets(only if non refundable option selected), visas, travel insurance, and processing/service fees once issued.
- Any hotel or activity booked under a non-refundable rate plan.
Partial Refunds
- If only part of your itinerary is canceled, the refund will be calculated after deducting actual costs incurred and all non-refundable bookings.
- If a refund is delayed due to third-party settlements (like airlines or hotels), Curatour may issue a credit note upon request.
