Agency Role: When you book travel services (flights, accommodations, activities, etc.) through Curatour, you are entering into a contract directly with the respective third-party provider (e.g., the airline or hotel).
Liability: Curatour is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or negligence of third-party providers. Your rights and remedies for any issues with the actual travel services are governed by the terms and conditions of those third parties.
Documentation: You are responsible for reviewing the terms and cancellation policies of all third-party providers associated with your booking.
You are solely responsible for:
Obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, and ensuring they are valid for the entire duration of your trip.
Reviewing your booking details and itinerary immediately upon receipt to ensure accuracy.
Adhering to the local laws and customs of your destination.
Obtaining appropriate travel insurance (highly recommended).
The name Curatour Travel and the content, design, and branding of the Site are the property of Curatour and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written permission.
In no event shall Curatour be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising out of or in connection with the travel services, except where such loss is directly caused by our own proven negligence. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you to Curatour for the services in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumabi.
